When you receive your booking confirmation from Platinum Executive Transfer, please review all details promptly. This confirmation reflects the information provided in your booking form, including your travel dates and times.

 

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or modify your booking. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in an inability to refund your payment. Modifications or cancellations must be made by phone with a Platinum Executive Transfers representative.

 

Platinum Executive Transfers is not liable for any missed flight connections resulting from delays or circumstances outside our control. We advise allocating ample time for travel to ensure timely arrivals. Should you have any concerns about travel time, we encourage you to contact us for guidance.

 

For non-airport collections, a grace period of 20 minutes after the arranged pick-up time is offered before waiting charges apply. Beyond this grace period, waiting time incurs a fee of £20 per hour, billed in 15-minute intervals, calculated from the designated pick-up time.

 

For airport pickups, a courtesy waiting period of 1 hour and 20 minutes post-flight arrival is allowed before waiting charges commence.

 

In instances of vehicle soiling, Platinum Executive Transfers reserves the right to impose a cleaning fee of £100.00. This fee compensates for loss of earnings and the expenses of a comprehensive interior cleaning. Please be advised that evading payment of a soiling charge following vehicle contamination is legally prosecutable.
